Here’s how to get things started

Your Easy Connect kit has everything you need to complete installation, including a coax cable, power cord, Ethernet cable and your Gateway (including Arris TG1682, Technicolor CGM4141 and Technicolor CGM4331 models). For more, read our Easy Connect guide

Download the app.

Sign in with your Cox user ID and password. Register here for an account if you don’t already have one.

Name your network by tapping Connect, See Network and then tap the pencil in the upper right corner to change your name and password.

Create profiles for your family members by opening the People tab and then tapping the + in the upper right corner.

How to give it a reboot

On your device

Open the Panoramic Wifi app and go to the Overview tab, scroll down to Connection Trouble? section and then tap Restart Gateway. This can take up to 12 minutes. During this time, you won’t be able to use your home network, connect to the internet or stream video from wifi.

My Account

Log in to My Account on your computer, scroll down to your Internet service card, select Refresh Modem and then select Start Troubleshooting. The restart may take up to seven minutes.
