Telecommunications Regulatory Information

Cox telecommunication services

Telecommunication services are regulated by the federal and state governmental bodies. These regulations provide a public service by giving consistent explanations of generally available telephone services offered on a non-discriminatory basis. Cox strives to give friendly, easy to understand information about its phone services. To that end, we provide clearly conforming detail about our services. This information is intended as a supplement to our site's information.

Service agreements and details

Cox intrastate phone service is provided to you, depending on the state where you receive service, pursuant to our tariffs on file with state public utilities commissions or a state Telephone Service Guide. Certain Business and Residential service offers are subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to the applicable state tariff or Service Guide. Interstate and international services are offered under the following terms and conditions.

Blocking third party charges
